And the dieting begins... Day 1

I have decided to do this Diet from Pinterest.

Day One All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs. on first day are very good.

What I brought to work:
Oranges, Grapefruit, Strawberries, Pineapple, Grapes, Apples, Watermelon, and a lot of lemons for my water. (if you know me, you know I dislike drinking plain water.. so boring.. needs flavor..)

Another accomplishment: on the 19th will be 2 months since I had Coke!!!

I will keep you posted on how much weight I lose.. need to look good for dress fitting on Saturday and upcoming engagement pictures!!
